Alex and his team did an incredible job refinishing them, they look brand new. What really stood out was the care and attention to detail. They even repaired some water damage we didn't think could be fixed. Everything turned out beautifully, clean, smooth, and professionally done. Alex was amazing throughout the entire process. From the initial quote to the final walkthrough, he kept great communication, always updating us with photos and progress along the way. Spoke to him on Wednesday, and he was able to come over on Saturday morning as an exception (usually Monday through Friday). He was friendly, professional, efficient, and thorough. We have a historic home with wood windows that they painted. They also stained our beautiful front door and driveway gate. All the work they have done is fantastic. The care they take to do a great job is very much appreciated. And it shows in the end result. I have recommended them to our neighbors and they’ve also have had great results. They took care to protect floor coverings, windows, and fixtures so that no paint was seen on anything that was not intended to be painted. They cleaned up after they finished and you would not know they had been there (except the walls looked so much better). His team was very diligent and did quality work, but what I liked was that Alex checked in with us in the morning and afternoon each day to make sure that there were no issues and discussed any concerns (with solutions).
